We strive to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible; however, processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, public holidays, or other operational factors. Shipping & Delivery
PacPak ships from Malaysia and offers both domestic and international shipping services. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method selected, customs clearance procedures, and local courier operations. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, shipping timeframes provided are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information to avoid delays or unsuccessful deliveries.
International Orders & Service Interruptions
For international shipments, customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping costs unless otherwise stated. PacPak is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will continue to work closely with our shipping partners to ensure orders are delivered safely and efficiently whenever possible.
